Dear Adrayn,

I know it's not easy being a baby, and having all the new stresses and excitement that the day brings. I just know that you would (if allowed) stay awake for a full 24 hours, and be a bit cranky throughout. I am dying while I hear your cries for Mama, but your Mama is doing the best she can. I know what you need and I am fully aware that what you need right now is sleep.

Please just close your eyes little one and let your Mama relax.
I love you dearly, and those tearful cries only break my heart.

Please rest little one, so that we can face what tomorrow brings with a positive attitude and a smile on our faces.

I remember writing you an email before Adrayn was born, and just wanted to send a post-chaos (new baby, new home, all those little stresses in life... haha)!

Thank you, thank you, thank you for being YOU!
You are one, if not the most determined person I know. When you think it, it happens.... you inspire me daily.

Now that our little one is here, loud and clear may I add, I can see more than ever the love that you have for your children... when Adrayn was a tiny little thing, you were so fragile with him. The first time you looked into his eyes said it all. You are a proud Papa.

I am very fortunate to share this beautiful life with you and our loving family. I appreciate every day, every moment we have together.

Our inside jokes, silly voices, early morning kisses, daily rituals that have made us, us. Then lastly, the undying attraction doesn't hurt either.

I write this as you are working out in the same room, unaware of the love I am feeling at this moment for you.
I turn around and still receive the same intense look of love that you gave me years ago. You are my heart. You are my love.

I know time changes things, but in our case I think the longer we marinate the more flavorful we become.
I also know that you LOVE food, so that reference was totally appropriate. :)

Feeling Good

I am now wearing pre-Adrayn pants again, and this feeling has only spun off into feeling amazingly healthy once again! Jeremy and I have invested in a workout program that will ensure this feeling lasts. I am planning on keeping track of my progress and getting into the best shape of my life!!!!

Home sweet home..... FINALLY!!!

Boy, house buying is a tedious and devastating process these days..

We literally found out we had our home THE DAY we were kicked out of our duplex (at noon).... It's been one heart attack after the next, but here we are.

Jeremy is such a doer that this place is 100% finished (one week later... on the button)! Pictures are hung, beds assembled, and even Halloween decor is up!

Although all is set and ready, it still doesn't feel like home.... I know why..... the second Parker and Presley come this Wednesday it will then be our home. There was something missing, and it is only something they will bring. I can't wait! If you guys are reading this, LOVE YOU and bring plenty of fun ideas for your rooms!!

It's amazing what a load off can do to one, even Adrayn is calmed and now on a nap routine (NEVER happened before). He must of just felt our stress, and I'm sure the blaring buses and cars didn't help him out either, but those days are done. Now he has a quiet little room with no distractions.
